"Wow! We were amazed at this tree house from the moment we pulled up! The pictures are accurate of the property and Jenn has done an outstanding job making sure the necessary essentials are there upon arrival. We spent some time hiking our first two days (Bucks Ledge, Grafton State Park, Screw Auger Falls, Mystery Mountain, Maggie’s Nature Trail). On Saturday we hit the local breweries (Sunday River and Steam Mill). For dinner we ate in Bethel each night, all three places were great (Modern Barn, Watershed-wood fired kitchen, Elizabeth House). Highly recommend all those places as well as those hiking spots. We will definitely be back next fall to enjoy the autum colors!"

"House had everything you would need for a family vacation. Ping pong and pool tables, hot tub, canoes etc all made the stay perfect. Large yard for plenty of outdoor activities and lounging around the fire on the cool nights. We did have a water pressure issue with kitchen sink for a few days but wasn’t a big deal and was addressed. Like some of the other comments, the water hardness was something to get used and caused staining on shower walls so watch washing your clothes for sure. The only one suggestion I would say is to clean or replace the window ac’s which had a lot of black in the vents. Our week was cool so ac’s were not really needed. Overall it was a great time away and a perfect location."

"We all loved the trip! The house was huge. The pictures did not do justice of just how big it is. The kids played hide and seek the first couple days in it. Beds were comfy no one in our group complained. The three refrigerators, three ovens and three dishwashers were amazing. We packed the fridges with our group of 16 easily haha. Plenty of seating in the great room for the one rainy night we had that we all plalyed games. That was so much fun! There was firewood and kindling already there in surplus so we had fires three nights in a row with plenty of seating for us around the fire. The pond is beautiful with a huge lawn area many picnic tables. The only thing that we had a problem with was that the listing did not clearly explain that the Main House has the dock on the left all to itself but the dock on the right the house next door has access to use along with the shed full of life jackets, the canoes and kayaks. So on day two when we were all outside some strange man walked over to our fire pit area to introduce himself and said him and his hiking buddies were going to use the right dock and swim. I initially told him that I didnt think that was correct and perhaps he had use of the public dock (the third one down) as the dock on the right is only 30 feet from the fire pit so we would be hanging out with strangers when we thought that we had a private booking for five families all related that hadn't vacationed together in 30 years. I was very disappointed with that"
