![The incredible view of Mt Rainier and beautiful Mineral Lake from the shore. Mineral Lake is known for being the home of the 10 lb trout!
 This is located on the south-western side of the mountain and is a great day trip from the Seattle area. There is a boat launch and campgrounds at the lake, one only accessible by boat that is, by-word-of-mouth, unbeatable with a view of the mountain. A lovely place to spend some time visiting.
There is also a historic lodge (with this view) nearby that is available to stay in.

« Tres mignon petit hôtel au milieu des bois , bien placé pour visiter le Mont Rainier , décoration chaleureuse , mais petit déjeuner basique et pas très bon à réchauffer soi même ( bagels et cheese burgers surgelés … ) , aucun contact avec les propriétaires , literie et oreillers à revoir absolument ( chambre Trillium ) odeur de moisi et drap humides et savoir comment utiliser la douche fut un challenge . »

« Such a cool place in the middle of Yelm! We were going to camp on a weekend that decided to feature lots of thunder storms, so we opted for a bed and breakfast experience instead. We enjoyed wandering through the main part of the bnb and looking at all the art, and spent the evening in a nearby park watching the storm roll in. We spent the next morning with the hosts, who were a blast to chat with over breakfast. Thank you for the lovely experience! »

"Nous avons réservé cet hôtel au dernier moment et il était plus de 22h. Malgré cela le monsieur qui nous a reçu a été très gentil et nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de bienveillance. L’hôtel est d’époque ce qui le rend très charmant et il est confortable. La chambre et les espaces communs sont très propres. Tout le personnel est charmant et aimable. Le cadre de l’hôtel est magnifique, de grand espace vert et de forêt qui font partie du domaine et un petit étang plein de charme. Nous avons passé un super séjour. Cet hôtel mérite une excellente note général, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés!!"
