"Un immense merci à Franck et Gilbert pour ce séjour merveilleux 🙏🌸 Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement et nos chiens étaient au paradis des toutous. Tout était parfait. Le gîte est exceptionnel, magnifique au calme avec une belle piscine et tout est fait avec goût. Au milieu de la nature, mais à proximité du village, notre chambre était spacieuse et la bonne humeur de nos hôtes ainsi que leur générosité nous a immédiatement mis à l’aise et nous reviendrons bien sûr avec grand plaisir....

"The apartment is located in a secure building near one of the main streets in Nice and around a 5 minute walk from the train station - excellent location if you’re planning on travelling up and down the coast by train. The building itself leaves a lot to be desired, the stairway smelt strongly of urine every morning even though cleaning was visible. "Juan les Pins is a great location! Such a great beach vibe without so many crowds like Nice and Monaco. The studio is convenient to the beach but transportation is needed from the train station, too far to walk with luggage. Also the bed is a sofa bed that is not the best. The management was kind enough to bring another duvet as the mattress on the springs was too thin. If they could buy a good mattress topper this might fix the issue. "Séjour très décevant et non conforme à la description. Le logement ne se situait pas à l'adresse indiquée sur l'annonce et présentait de nombreux problèmes de propreté et d'entretien (équipements de cuisine défectueux, literie tachée, sanitaires endommagés). De plus, les prestations annoncées telles que la piscine n'étaient pas au rendez-vous. Malgré nos signalements, nous n'avons reçu aucune réponse de la part de l'hôte. Une expérience malheureusement très négative pour notre famille."

"I would not recommend this host or appartment to anybody! The adress stated on Hotels.com is not at all where the appartment is actually located. We booked it as it seemed close to the city centre and beaches but it turned out the actual place was more than 5 km away. On top of that the appartment was not cleaned when we got there.
