Excellent hotel, very different and you can see the effort that has been put in to make it a memorable stay.

The Pfister is an Amazing Hotel steeped with an interesting history. From the moment we walked in the door until our departure, the service was fantastic. Our room was lovely and well appointed, we had a view of the river There are a number of great dining options on the property The location is very central to the downtown area which allowed us to walk along the river walk and tour the downtown area.

The hotel and room are beyond 5STAR and Maureen at the downstairs bar is a rockstar, she has the best customer service skills ever witnessed.

Staff is really helpful, and the place is clean.

Good stay overall. Enjoyed the separate bedroom. Both beds were good for sleeping but the sofa bed was terrible. The room is dated overall - carpeting and upholsterey were stained and old but the bar and washroom were good overall - well stocked. Fitness room was supposed to be 24 hr but since it was only accessible via the pool we were only permitted by select front desks attendants to use it after 11. Thanks L!! The connection to the pool is not very efficient since the heat from it caused...

Cozy, well designed. Amenities were terrific… full length plus shaving mirror. Freezer in mini fridge. Safe. Multiple charging stations. Very comfortable !

Lovely property. It’s very large and attached to a water park. When booking we requested a quiet room. As a result, our room was at the very back of the hotel on the 2nd floor, distant from the front desk and restaurant. Given the layout of the hotel, it made unloading/loading our luggage tricky as we needed to use one of the two elevators to ferry our luggage on a luggage cart. No complaints otherwise.
