The location is beautiful, with close access to a trail and lots of boat activity to watch—especially the sailing. The bed was super comfortable, and the host was very responsive when we had a minor WiFi issue.The property is situated directly between two bars, which made us a little nervous at first (especially over the 4th of July weekend), but it ended up being a pleasant surprise. The live music was actually enjoyable, didn’t go too late, and it wasn’t loud at night—we slept great!The kitchen and bathroom could be a bit better stocked, so just be prepared if you plan on cooking or are staying with a larger group. The water off the porch is clean but has a lot of plant growth, so it’s not ideal for swimming.One big plus: pets are allowed, and ours had a great time too!
