We’re traveling with a 4 yr old, cleanliness is the most important aspect for our stay and Four Seasons has done a top notch job to make sure we feel very comfortable, day-in and day-out, whether it’s inside our room or within the hotel premise. All staff are so friendly and courteous. This is by far the best overall hotel we’re stayed in the US.

We had a room facing the inner courtyard which was very nice and quiet. We were part of a wedding party and the hotel provided adjacent rooms for our family and the same for our in law’s family. This made it easy for everyone to attend different events like rehearsals and photo taking. The wedding venue on the second floor was excellent with enough space for about 90 people. Truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel while on business in Menlo Park. Love the high ceilings and the absence of carpet in the room. And the on-site restaurant is a very good spot to grab dinner in the evening (the whole breakfast operation, however, could be professionalized...)

This place was amazing we did not get to enjoy it to the fullest but we will be Back. the staff the owners went over and above to make us feel at home . We were able to check in early and leave our luggage and when we got back they were all Placed in our room The next morning we had issues with getting a ride to the airport the owner did what she could to get us a taxi and when she saw we were having issues she did not hesitate to get her truck we managed to find a ride from town but we knew if...

Beautiful location, if you want to shop, or visit the Winchester house, you can’t beat this place. We had a lovely pool day and the room was very modern. We had a magnificent sleep and loved our stay!
