"Clean Room and Staff Were Kind!"

"The hotel room was not well maintained. There was no microwave where there should have been one. The mini fridge below where the microwave should have been was clean but a bit wobbly. There was only one towel in the bathroom upon arrival and the bottom part of handicap bar in the shower was not attached. I went to grab onto it while showering and it swung to the right almost causing me to fall. Later on, I went to the front office to ask for more towels because they do not have phones in the hotel room to call the front desk. Once back in the room, I noticed a brown stain on one of the towels the person at the front desk had just given me."

"Property is dated and it shows, but room was well maintained and clean. I stayed in Room 326 and the bath tub did not drain well when taking a shower. The cloth curtains did not prevent water from escaping out off the shower and soaking the floor and walls outside the tub. There was visible water damage to the wall near the tub and soaking of the floor that could damage the floor below. I dried the floor as much as possible, but not sure other patrons would do the same. I would replace the cloth shower curtains with more effective shower curtains or doors. The breakfast was satisfactory and offered patrons several options. The staff was extremely courteous, friendly, and helpful!"

"The staff is excellent I give the staff 10 Stars but the owner gets maybe two stars the rooms need to be remodeled you cannot have carpet down and then put carpet on top of it the height stains and you have to clean the carpets they have something called faux wood. Which I recommend putting in the rooms and you can put throw carpets on top of it.... And the windows need to be washed.... Other than that it's okay... For the price of $140 a night"

"The women at the front desk at night were amazing!!! We were so tired from traveling from Florida. My parents are 83 and have trouble getting around. We came for my son’s college graduation, and the woman immediately upgraded our room. She also gave us vouchers for the restaurant, which we ended up using. The bartender was nice too. I asked if they had a steamer for my son’s cap and gown and suit, which had gotten wrinkled in travel. They had one! The room was amazing— the only thing was the stove did not work. Everything else was great, though. The beds were so comfy!!! The pool is nice too. We just loved our stay. I had never stayed at a Hyatt House before. Always stayed at a Residence Inn or Homewood Suites, but I am a convert now. It was also close to the holy grail of grocery stores, Wegmans! We got plenty of meals and snacks that only required a microwave. It’s in a safe area too. Everything for my son’s graduation was just perfect thanks to your lovely, kind and helpful front desk staff. Those ladies rock!!! Thank you so very much!!"
