« This beautiful condo was exactly as pictured and was a great place for our family to stay. The main bedroom was large with a comfy bed and good sized bathroom and walk-in closet. The 2 other bedrooms were good sizes with comfy beds for our teens, and a clean bathroom between their rooms. The main room had really comfortable furniture with a large TV, a few games, and footstools under the coffee table that were a nice surprise. The 3 season porch was a favorite as we played games or read a book...

« I feel bad having to leave a poor review overall as the owner was very accomodating and resjponsive but there are some big concerns I wish I had known before I rented. On the accurate side, the location is outstanding. I had seen the cottage on a previous trip and knew we wanted to be smack on the boardwalk. It is before season so the beach was all ours. « The location is beachside, easily walkable to northside park on the Bayside. The beach is not overly crowded and has lifeguards on duty. Cute, small condo with washer and dryer. Everything you need for a quick beach trip. The building is secure with really nice staff and parking available. We brought our teenage kids, one of whom had a lacrosse tournament.
