We are Pet Friendly! We are excited for you to stay at our recently updated beachtown condo in Lewes! Our updated 1st floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has everything you need for an enjoyable beach vacation! You will be just a few miles to the beach and outlet malls, have access to the community pools, park, and sport courts, and will be within walking distance to several restaurants and shops. The first bedroom has a queen bed, walk in closet, and a work station that includes a desk, monitor, keyboard, and mouse. The bathroom in the first bedroom has a tub shower. The second bedroom has a king bed, walk in closet, and en suite bathroom with a standing shower, and a smart TV. She’s an excellent host. Very understanding, kind, an extremely nice person. The unit was exceptionally clean. However, the noise coming from other residents was frustrating! The units exhaust fans was used to ground out noise coming from the 2nd floor unit. This was reported twice to Ms. Sara. And promptly she went to the HOA. Ms. Sara did her job as an host. The HOA failed on their end. And apparently let it go! Because from that point the noise increased! All night long stomping on the floor, banging, and bumbling around. It sounded like a herd of people running up, and down the steps. Then, all the fowl talking, and arguing! This occurred all throughout the night. The kitchen was fully organized, and had everything needed at your fingertips. The restrooms were fully stocked with plenty of toilet tissue, and body wash to shower with. The towels, and bed linens fell a little short. Only 1 bed set per room. It was a wash, and use situation. There was 4 towels, and 4 was cloths. Witch was alright. Overall, the stay itself was alright. The area is very peaceful! The problems occurred due to other residents who live there. Sara herself is an excellent host, with an exceptionally clean unit. ##### Erica Rose W. The kitchen needed a cheese grater but had everything else we needed. Could have used more towels, hand towels and wash cloths. For our 7 day stay I had to wash towels 3 times. There was a washer and dryer which was great but would have rather spent my time doing other things. We had trouble with the lock on our door when we first arrived but a call to Sara and some new batteries solved that problem. The condo was clean and quiet except for the people who stomped around at night in the condo above us. It would be nice if There could be one cabinet set aside for a few groceries. We had an early Christmas dinner there in the condo with family and friends there in Lewes and there was ample room, dishes and cooking utensils. Super clean and cute condo that fit our needs perfectly. It was a great bonus to be on the ground floor, too. The complex is great. We enjoyed the pool and the walkable-distance cafe & bakery were also appreciated. The hosts were very nice and the condo was well stocked, with a little welcome note & basket when we arrived. We appreciated the blackout shades in the guest bedroom to help our infant sleep. This condo is in an ideal location only 15 minutes from the beach, shops and restaurants. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean. The bed and couch were super comfortable as well! We hope we can stay there again before we become official residents of Delaware! ##### Brianna A. The unit was extremely clean and very welcoming. The instructions on how to get to the condo and how to access the condo and amenities were clear and concise. We arrived early and condo was available. Michael and Sara were very accommodating and we will return without hesitation. The unit was clean and fully stocked meet our needs. The first floor condo is very convenient and had everything we needed for our stay. The only thing was there was a really musty smell and both my daughter and I have asthma. I checked all the garbage and bathrooms. The vent in the master bedroom vibrates when the ac fan comes on, so I had to close that because every 45 mins it would make a rattling noise. The welcome basket was very nice and all the little extras made our stay very welcoming. ##### Heather F.
