"The Rosengren Family have the most wonderful home and we’re so thankful that they share it and we all get to experience the splendor of it. Let me start with the outside; the house is just as in the pictures, the backyard has lovely green grass with the hot tub and views of the surrounding mountains and the Soda Butte Creek flows gently by. The inside is spacious and beautifully constructed. We stayed at The Refuge and it was perfect for the 10 of us. We would definitely rent either of the other 2 lodging facilities if need be. It’s fully stocked with necessities and Cooke City/SilverGate are charming little towns and for us the gateway to Yellowstone’s Northeast Entrance. Lastly, the Rosengren’s are great communicators, quick to reply and making sure you have all the necessary information before arriving."

"We absolutely loved the cabin and the location. Our hosts were personable, prompt and attentive- the perfect hosts! The cabin interior was very well stocked and it was really a “retreat-like setting” both on the outside and in the cabin. The cabin accommodated our family of five very well and our young adult children really loved it. It was so absolutely beautiful and felt very cozy and welcoming. It was also a perfect location for seeing wildlife. It was a pleasure each morning and evening as we went to Yellowstone and would drive through Lamar Valley and see the buffalo as well as so many other animals (bears, wolves, elk). It’s also really a adorabel community as well in Silvergate—we especially loved the Logan Cabin Cafe. We definitely want to come back!! The location is very close to the ideal entrance to Yellowstone."

"Very nice property on the edge of Cooke City, situated directly on Soda Butte Creek. Property is very well cared for, with wonderful amenities for visitors. You are a 10 min walk to downtown Cooke, and a 15 min drive to Yellowstone North East Entrance. We enjoyed the Sauna, Hot tub, and laundry onsite. We loved the quiet atmosphere with views of river and mountains."
