Place was clean beds and pillows comfortable. Waiters/staff around pool not efficient they don’t walk around often enough, just not great service around pool area. Nice facilities breakfast was great but $39 for eggs and potatoes daily was quite steep. Place was in great area in the middle of many places walkable to straw Market nice and convenient

My room has lots of mildew in the curtains, you had to have the AC blasted and not open the door or else the AC would drip condensate on the floor. The female staff and some male staff were not very friendly, one was quite aggressive. Maybe it’s the culture but as a female solo traveler it means a lot to feel welcome and I did not. My room was not stocked with water and there isn’t clean water easily available, didn’t have creamer either. The floor I was on had a balcony but it’s the only floor that’s balcony is a solid wall so you can’t even get a view without looking over it. Room service didn’t even restock the coffee. The pools were very nice, lots of space to sit and very clean area. Buffets were super clean. Japanese restaurant was frozen food so you can’t sub out any ingredients. The staff didn’t tell me you have to book at least a day in advance. App was weird to use. I think this is the only poor review I have ever given for a hotel and I really mean it. The only thing that would make me consider coming back is that it’s all inclusive AND adults only, if they got rid of either of those there is no way I would consider coming back. The bell boys were also so great. Amazing customer service from them. But over all I’m pretty disappointed.

We've been to the "go-go" big resort like the SLS BAHA MAR a couple of times before .... then we found this small upscale boutique resort As seniors, this is a marked contrast much for the better: peace and quiet is NEVER a bad thing . Highly recommended for the traveller looking for a refined quiet secluded getaway. PS the spa treatments are fab with a special shoutout for Lynn Lowe as a "must do"

The Cove was a great place to visit. However, the food there is very expensive and not worth the prices. One may feel to go downtown where the food can be cheaper adds another hefty taxi fee to your bill.

Staff are wonderful and amazing! John was very respectful and let us check in early and check out later than usual so we would have a good trip. Chris and Shania helped me plan my proposal to my girlfriend and it could not have gone any better! Treasure was very sweet and helped me with everything I asked for. I had a really bad headache one day and Juan gave me some of his Ibuprofen to help. Marcie was also a great help with getting us a taxi late at night and giving us information about where to go. There was another woman there who helped clean and I wasn’t able to get her name but she was the sweetest and made sure we were okay. The cooks are amazing and the Indian food was the best we’ve ever had! The building is so beautiful and they are always around tending to it and are always around to help you whenever you need it. This is the best place on the island to stay if your in the Nassau.
