"The property and our personal room was very clean and well kept. The cleaning staff was kind and relative to us. My husband and I were not able to watch TV programs during our 2-night stay. Programs we desired to watch would not load and kept giving an error message. On the 2nd night a couple of more knowledge front desk attendants tried to re-download the TV APPS but still not workable. There isn’t an a lot to do in Rifle so TV was likely more important to us than usual. However, we were most surprised and disappointed at the poor quality of the free breakfast. Choices of fruit were apples/oranges/bananas-ALL of which were old, overripe and shriveled up. The lack of kitchen staff’s attention to replacing food which had been deleted was upsetting to several in the dining area. It didn’t seem like other Hampton Inns where we previously stayed with satisfaction. Thank you very much for giving us opportunity to hopefully improve the Rifle Hampton Inn."

"Overall, we were happy with this property. It is nicely renovated, and was very comfortable, except for the high temps in Vail, which made the living/kitchen area uncomfortable to use in the afternoons, but that’s not the condo‘s fault. My one complaint is that there was a smell of stale cigarettes, especially on the first floor."

"Lovely condo in a great location. This is an end unit, so it was very quiet. Unit was well stocked and very clean. Lots of natural light. This complex is served by both the West Vail Green and Red lines so it is easy to get anywhere at Vail. "

"Our family enjoyed our stay. The beds are comfortable which is always a top priority for us. The family room is spacious and our 4-year grandson loved the arcade table. The whimsical architecture added to our stay. The kitchen is well stocked with almost everything needed for meal prep and plenty of dishes. The propane grill on the porch works well and is a nice amenity. (Bring a can opener, and cookie sheet if you will need them). Our host, Andrew, was responsive and helpful. The bus stop is a bit of trek so better done in regular boots/shoes without ski equipment. Driving over to Vail Village and Lionshead worked best for our group. "
