« The staff were polite but were totally overwhelmed. The outside and lobby area looked unkempt. There was no bedding or towels in our room and we were told they were a week behind on laundry. We did get linens later that day. The room was filthy. It had a layer of dust everywhere and spider webs in the corner. We were in the handicap room. The 2nd morning we had a mouse in the room. My husband said the breakfast was very poor. I refused to eat anything from their kitchen. We paid $340.26 for 2...
