Everything we wanted to do the zoo, botanical gardens, shops, restaurants and most importantly the base is within a 30 minute drive or less. Its also mobility friendly. There is plenty of room for a wheelchair van, a slight step into the house, all floors are flat and easy for wheel chairs plus the shower has a low step in. Kitchen is functional and the backyard is fully fenced which is nice if you have kids. The internet comes and goes. You'll have internet for a few minutes then it will quit.
