"We enjoyed our stay here the room was clean. I enjoyed having a smart TV and not needing to hook up a fire stick to the TV. Breakfast was nice the kids enjoyed the freshly made pancake with tons of toppings. The heating and cooling was controlled by a wall thermostat which was nice coming im from Kimgs Island to a nice temperature room. I absolutely adores the lemon scented body wash and hand lotion. We will definitely stay here again!"

"The gravy for breakfast was terrible. The coffee came out of a machine and the cup for it was extremely small. No body wash provided. Had Small thin bar of soap that woukd not lather. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Comfortable bed"

"We arrived at approximately 3:48 PM to find that a room that was reserved in MARCH was not yet ready, although their published Check In Time was 3:00 PM. After waiting between 15 and 20 minutes total, the room we were originally going to be assigned on the second floor must not have been ready, so we were given a different room. The front desk gave us a few items from the snack area and a few bottles of water for our trouble."
