« Just wonderful! 2 blocks from Gratzi and short drive to Midland Center for the Arts. Ideal for night on the town. Glad formal H hotel was closed. Great place to be snowed in, watch Football (UofM vs OSU Rivalry Game), and order Door Dash (Noodles & Co.). Loved the high, super comfortable bed and full-size kitchen. 2 blocks off Business Rt. 10, so easy to find and parking is well marked. Would love to stay longer... Thank-you! »

« We enjoyed several parts of our stay—the home was clean, accurately described, and located in a convenient area but future guests should know the homeowner smokes, and the smell of cigarette smoke is strong throughout the home.We were traveling with young kids and someone with asthma, so the lingering odor was a real concern. We had to wash all our clothes and belongings after leaving.This isn’t mentioned in the listing, but it’s important for anyone sensitive to smoke or with respiratory...

« The only reason we gave the property a 4 was because of the broken thermostat. Because of the thermostat problem we had to use every fan in the place. There were also no screens in the property so we couldn't enjoy the night breeze to cool the place down »

« Unfortunately, I was in town for business. I say unfortunately because this is a great location for a weekend stay to explore the area. This one bedroom was clean and had all the amenities. As a tea drinker, I was pleasantly surprised there was a variety of tea which I forgot to pack. The host even came over to reset the TV for me! »

« What's not to love this adorable very well cared for cute cozy apartment was absolutely a gem to find! The communication was excellent, the cleanliness was impeccable, even the building when you walk in smells so fresh and clean we were so impressed with everything!
