Service petit déjeuner en libre service : café, thé et pâtisseries uniquement mais dans un lounge esprit vintage, avec lecture de vieux magazines (Life années 70), livres..., jardin petit mais “design”, un esprit artiste que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. On se sent dans un hôtel indépendant et non dans une chaîne impersonnelle, mais avec le même confort. Top ! »

« Grâce à l'action du gérant de l’hôtel de Americas Best Value Inn de Seaside, j'ai réussi à décaler "officieusement" d'un jour une réservation sans perdre d'argent. Expedia ne pouvait rien faire (dixit) et au début, sur mon appel téléphonique, le manager de l’hôtel ( F. Mitterand ;-) ne voulait pas. Attention, Expedia renseigne par défaut la date du jour, même si vous avez déjà réservé un hotel pour ce jour à 500 km/miles de là ... et souvent/toujours impossible d'annuler sans perdre...

"Il s'agit de ma 2e visite à cet établissement, l'an dernier nous avions été satisfait pour l'ensemble de sorte que nous avons pris le même hotel. Cette anné, nous avons constater qu'il n'y avais pas de réfrigérateur ni de micro-onde. Cependant nous avons éprouvés des problèmes avec la douche. Nous avons communiquer avec l'administration et il nous ont dit qu'il ne pouvait rien faire et n'ont rien offert en compensation"
