"We found the room delightful -- lovely furnishings, great layout, excellent quiet HVAC. The desk clerk at our check-in was clearly dealing with an uncooperative new computer system but was very professional and helpful. She was quick to assist another guest who simply needed to charge a few beverages to her room account while processing our check-in. One negative note: the EV charging unit was difficult to use and expensive. Tesla drivers will likely find it much easier to just scout out a nearby supercharger. Overall we were very impressed with the hotel and look forward to staying at SpringHill again."
