« A very pleasant pub with rooms right in the heart of the very nice market town of Woodbridge. It's on the Thoroughfare which is the main shopping street but not in a noisy part and with relatively little traffic running through it. Parking round the back of the pub is plentiful and free. My room was decorated nicely with all the facilities required for an overnight stay. Had a double aspect which although there was no view as such made it very light and airy. Breakfast buffet was fairly minimal...

« was unable to sleep in the bed as the room had a major issue with black mould in the bathroom which had become airborne & affected the the entire room the smell was over powering slept in a chair as the bed was cover with the black mould smell & was unable to breath, suffer with chest infections which the spores got on my chest I had to call 111 & was directed to Ipswich hospital for antibiotics, never even stopped for breakfast on day 2 felt to ill on antibiotics for next 5 days, this all...

« Worst night of sleep ever can hear everyone turning there light switches on and off, Lack of staff and didn’t seem to know what they were doing, beer glasses were dirty, breakfast was a help ur self no one there to help with issues for example the food was running out and it wasn’t being replaced and no milk, will not stay here again. »

« Comfortable, clean room in a quaint old pub. Food was OK, but pricey. The most disappointing thing, given that the pub is owned by Adnams, was the quality of the beer. I tried all three of their staple brews, all of which I know and like, but they were all flat and lifeless. They were also very expensive given that they were only brewed ‘up the road’!! »

« The twin room we were allocated was small with no wardrobe and very cold. The ensuite was next door out on the corridor. We asked to be moved and had to pay an extra 40 pounds. That room was much better. »
