The Sherwood was an excellent motel. The room was larger than most others I have been in (for the price). Location is right downtown close to excellent restaurants (hint: Wellsboro Diner for breakfast).

We stayed overnight. The place felt very new and clean. Kitchen was incredibly stocked for cooking. Though i never met staff in person they were very responsive.
Kids enjoyed the basketball, playground and games room.
A little disappointed that there was a two lane highway running between our unit and the other cottages. The road isnt super busy but if you have kids I would make sure your room is creekside.

Nice hotel, excellent conditions. Breakfast is basic and only until 10 am. House keeping knocked the door at 9.30, so this is not a hotel to sleep late.

Stopped here on the way home from GM show at Carlisle,PA. For all the Car guys and girls, nice quiet and clean little place. There is also a restaurant down by the Ford dealership which has great breakfast. Would stay there again!! The owner was also open to an upgrade suggestions
