Good location

It was reasonably priced for the location. Would recommend for one or two guests. It was a bit small for three of us. Helpful communication with owners while we stayed there.

One Block From the Beach

I came on for a weekend Business Conference and needed a place to stay nearby. I noticed this great place "one block from the beach." It was a quiet, clean, and very nice place to stay. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a place in Miami Beach that wants all the comforts of home including time on the beach. It's been completely remodeled and the owners take pride in making sure your stay is worth it. Thanks for being such a great host!

Not a pleasant stay. The AC was not working since we arrived. The management was not responsive. After two days, he brought two fans and said the AC must be replaced and the new unit will arrive in three weeks! The sink in the bathroom was clogged and they fixed it after 24h. It was a difficult three day stay in the hot and humid Miami.

This suite is very clean, stocked with everything you need aside from food, at a great location right on mid beach with plenty of restaurants, shopping, nightlife and public transportation nearby. We felt safe and cared for during our stay here. The entire booking process was a breeze via evolve. I highly recommend booking your Miami Beach stay here.

Nice get away

Spent 3 nights here. Miami Beach was beautiful and using the free trolley was easy. Be cautious of spring breakers, and parking during this time of spring break. The place was perfect location and size for us

Great location and convenient!!

Amazing cute place!! Love the location of this property, only thing finding the parking was a struggle, but the property is within walkable from everything that we needed. Easy beach access. Property was fully equipped.
