We have stayed at the Collins Hotel various times. The price is right for a long weekend stay. We enjoy the pool area, the beach is across the street, we can walk to Publix and there are a few restaurants within walking distance. The staff at the hotel has always been pleasant and helpful when we have had any questions or issues.

Property was pretty much as advertised. Hotel is showing it's age but it was pretty clean. Would have been nice if the room had a comforable chair or small couch - there was only a desk chair. The property used my hold credit card to pay in full before we checked in even though the reservation process on Expedia specifically stated this card would only be used to hold the reservation and we would pay in full upon arrival. Really messed up my vacation plans.
