The only condominium that allows short-term lease - 2 minutes from the Aventura Mall and 5 to the beach. We have great tips for adults and kids. Just across the street from the Aventura Golf Camp. Over they balcony, we had a view of all the nice yachts. Security was always very pleasant and helpful. The beach is not within walking distance, but it's a short drive. We always found a parking spot at one of the parks on the beach. You had bathrooms available and it wasn't too crowded. It cost around $10 for about 4 hours. Couldn’t use the gym as listed because they denied our multiple requests to get a guest card. This place is for elderly people and families.
