However, we want to assure you that your comfort and experience remain our top priority. Please note that this construction will not affect any of our amenities or services. The work will take place between 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Some noise may occur at certain times within this period, but it will not be constant and will depend on the construction schedule. Valet Parking: $35.00 per day (only applicable if you bring a vehicle). 2\. Daily Resort Fee: ° For reservations with check-in dates through April 30, 2025: $28.25 per day. ° For reservations with check-in dates from May 1, 2025, onward: $39.55 per day (reflecting an increase of $35 + 13% tax). ° This fee includes local calls, access to the pool and beach, towels, umbrellas, chairs, and all resort amenities. 3\. Administrative Fee: $10.00 per day. 4\. Parcel & Shipping: Our Concierge team can readily assist you with packages and shipping during your stay. Every registered guest can order products and mail them. Meanwhile, they are accepting reservations taking place within the next ten days, and they will save for 14 days after the guest's departure. The concierge department is responsible for processing all the shipments. The hotel reserves the right to reject any package based on safety and security. A fee of $5.00 per box is applicable for up to ten bags; additional packages are subject to a $15.00 additional charge per package. \* Marenas Beach Resort is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. 5\. Security Deposit: At check-in, the hotel will require a credit card with sufficient funds to hold a consumable deposit, which varies depending on the type of apartment booked and the length of stay. 6\. Deposit Usage: During your stay, the hotel will deduct hotel fees and any additional charges from this deposit. If charges do not exceed the retained amount, the remaining balance will be refunded to your credit card at the end of your stay. 7\. Excellent services de l'hotel. The unit condominium 2304.... (private owner) needs realy a big refrest painting. Le condo a besoin d'un important rafraichissement pour la peinture. The patio door curtain is dirty, a la cuisine il y a seulement un verre a vin ?, de plus the drinking plastic glasses are obsolete. La salle de bain, le rideau de douche est rouille a la partie supérieur et le pourtour du bain est a refaire !!! Regards. ##### pierre s. El departamento es muy completo..el acceso a sombrilla y reposeras por un canon extra vale la pena. El acceso a la playa y a la piscina es genial. El anfitrión David está 24/7 presto a brindar atención súper gentil.La lavadora y secadora dentro de la propiedad otro punto a favor. Volvería una y mil veces más. La zona es espectacular. This condo was perfect! The location to surgeon was quick and easy, and the condo was perfect with separate living, and bedroom arrangement. The views were beautiful- ocean to the right and bay and city to the left. The staff at the resort were above accommodating and very caring. I stayed alone for two weeks, not including the before time with my husband for surgery and a few days afterwards. I would highly recommend this for post op stay, or as family vacation. The beaches were very clean and well maintained, never overly busy, either. Resort has a pool, as well. And maybe it’s petty- but they actually have cable tv- which is a bonus win for me not having to try to stream everything! Thank you for such a wonderful stay! ##### Lorrie D. It could use a deep cleaning especially in the bathroom. Balcony and amenities were great. More towels were needed . Closet was hard to open but owner did send someone to fix and bring more towels but they were dingy so we went and bought our own . Someone else’s clothes were left in washer so we didn’t feel comfortable using. Overall it was ok but for the price thought a few more things could be added . ##### Chelsea M. Beach annemities and restaurants in area were very nice. Resort and room both underwhelmed. Restaurant and lounge where both practically nonexistent and uninviting. Pool was tiny and tired looking. The room itself seems like it has been ignored since the 80s. Both kitchen and bathroom faucets leaked. Couch, cushions throw pillows, and blankets all in need of well deserved cleaning. Dried remnants was all that was left in nasty shampoo/conditioner bottles. Lighting behind bed (which i imagine was once very nice) no longer worked. Mattress was very comfortable and balcony view was enjoyable. Other than generic checkin instructions, communication w host was nonexistent. ##### Cheryl-Kae S. I did not like that because it should’ve been listed. I picked my listing based off the money that was told that I had to spend as well as that, it was not a lot of things to do around . You have to travel far to get some type of entertainment and nor is it 19 minutes away from Fort Lauderdale airport. It is 30 minutes with traffic and 25 without traffic it is listed wrong in the listing and costed me a lot to get there because the listing is not 19 mins from the airport so again, I spent more than I should have because of the listings was not correct ##### IFoundMe E.
