"Our favorite hotel in Tahoe! The spacious rooms are amazing and we love the kitchen option. The location is walkable to the casinos or great restaurants. Hop on a bike and enjoy the nearby trails or walk down to the beach. Afterwards, relax in one of two hot tubs, bbq, or enjoy a swim in the pool. The staff is always friendly! On this particular trip, we had an incident with our initial room and they really came through by upgrading us to a two bedroom suite. They’re awesome and we highly recommend 3 peaks. "

"It is definitely and old and dated building, but the interior decorating is visually appealing and the rooms are comfortable. We loved how dog friendly the hotel was and it's convenient location within the town of South Lake Tahoe."

"My check in went very smoothly, I arrived around 11pm on Saturday, I want to give a shoutout to the FD clerk, he had an adorable dog with him, I don’t remember his name but he was very nice and attentive, my friend was searching were to stay and ended up booking a room too! Excellent service, rooms are clean. Perfect romantic getaway <3"
