For the price the room was ok, it did lack cleanliness, the rooms are also a bit outdated, excellent location, the guards and the receptionist were very amicable except for the guy that did our check-in. The area that looks the best it’s the lobby, it seems to be recently renovated

Very close to the Angel de la Independencia& right in the heart of the city. I found the area safe, walkable & enjoyable. There is a decent breakfast available, but the hours listed are incorrect so go early! The room can be a bit hot during the summer months. No parking, but plenty of taxis.There is a hotel with a similar name on the same block, so be aware of that. Overall, good for a budget traveler like me.

Dust elephants under the bed. Floor’s dirty, bed linens not properly tucked in. No towels in room, no water glasses, no tv remote. Check in was slow as clerk was more interested in talking to her friend on her phone than helping us.

I didn't like i make a reservation 1 week before and when i get there they send to a different hotel and then later they brought me back to the hotel so the explanation was they overbooked the hitel and they have no room for me there then that say they found a room with 2 bed not 1 bed not familiar with the area so didn't know what to do

El hotel es muy básico, el servicio no tan bueno. Siempre te quieren cobrar más. Solo haz reservaciones en línea, nunca en la recepción porque te quieren cobrar más para quedarse con una parte.

El lugar esta en una excelente zona, y es muy segura y traquila. Más sin embargo las habitaciones no son cómodas, las cortinas estan muy sucias, no tiene nada de amenidades, ni un vaso donde puedas servirte agua, no tiene restaurante. No tiene estacionamiento. Las camas son muy duras, no tiene cobijas extras, etc.

Lo único destacable de este hotel es el wifi, el trato al cliente pero de ahí en más, es deplorable sus instalaciones y amenidades! Honestamente es caro para lo que ofrecen! Toallas rasgadas, baños lamentablemente que parece que se van a romper y así. No tiene agua, no microondas ni nada que se le asemeje! Aquí si aplica el término: Lo barato sale caro
