I cannot say enough about the staff and service. You really feel that they care and all work very hard to ensure guests needs are met. The property is kept super clean and well maintained. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and quiet and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony that overlooked the pool and ocean. One reason we returned to the hotel is the food! The variety and preparation is exceptional, and I did not have any issues with my strict gluten free diet. Every restaurant had great choices - as did the buffet. Our favorite restaurant was the Krystal and the lobby coffee/ice cream bar is a nice bonus. The pool and beach areas get busy, but you can always find a lounger. Evening shows were enjoyable, and we did not miss leaving the resort after dark. My only disappointment are those guests who go to the restaurants looking like they just dragged themselves from a beach bar in inappropriate clothing, thinking it is ok to be intoxicated and loud ... and ruining the dining experience for others. The property needs major updates. Our room was nice but the shower door was falling and the main door to the bathroom wouldn’t lock. I paid for what according to Expedia was the best room in the property, so not was very disappointing to come to this. Another downfall is the hotel people trying to sell you activities and or timeshare, is almost like a flea market once you come to the lobby, very anointing to be approached every time for the same people.
