Hotel Riu Santa Fe - All Inclusive

"What fun! All-inclusive made our vacation so easy. We enjoyed the pools, swim up bars, water slides. All of it. So many great restaurant choices, with lots of options at each. The entertainment was fantastic, something every night. It was a mixed crowd: families, young adults, retirees and everyone in between. The staff was so freindly and engaging, the classes were fun, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the entire resort was so clean and well kept. Highly recommend!"
Hotel Tropicana - Near Olas Altas Street

"Bed was very hard. Beach beautiful. No real resort amenities not sure why they charge a resort fee: the room card on your wrist gets really nasty fast. I’d stay again but the entire 9days they didn’t change the sheets. They just kept remaking the bed. Also you have to check out an iron and they don’t give wash clothes. Not a resort more of a hotel. Otherwise not bad."

"A great resort with a beautiful view. The staff is friendly and helpful. We stayed in the grand master suite which is spacious and comfortable. The food is great. Really loved the hand made tacos at lunch and Luis’ special focaccia and calzones. Amazing!! Cesar in the premier lounge will make you feel so special. They have fun evening shows. A decent gym with cardio and weight options. And the buffet also has a lot of options. Some of the restaurants have dress codes so plan accordingly. The hotel is very eco friendly which is great. However, the bathrooms only provide shampoo and body wash. So bring conditioner if you need it. We have stayed here quite a few times and it is truly one of our favorite resorts. We will definitely return."

"We have a great stay! Very clean and the staff was all amazing! Breakfast was great at the buffet and the sunset restaurant. Otherwise the food was just okay. We planned on dining out anyways so that wasn’t a problem. Location is awesome walkable too every where we wanted to go. Otherwise a cheap uber ride away."

"While the hotel is older, which you can tell by the rooms, it is well maintained. The food was good in terms of an all inclusive. Andrea, the VIP host, was amazing! She went above and beyond for our family and made our trip unforgettable."
