The apartment is ideally located in the city centre of Metz, you can do absolutely everything on foot.

The Cathedral is only a few steps away. The Christmas markets, the Opera, the banks of the Moselle, the train station, the restaurants... Everything is there, a two-minute walk away.

A stone's throw from the building, a street full of restaurants: French, Italian, Asian, traditional, fast food, there is something for everyone!
And if you prefer to cook, the kitchen is fully equipped to allow you to prepare your meals as if you were at home.

In the evening, a cocoon awaits you. The room overlooks a small park, far from the noise of the city. A total and surprising calm in the city centre.

Are you coming for work? Put your computer on the discreet desk, connect in the blink of an eye thanks to the ultra-fast wifi, and follow your video calls without bugs or background noise. During the break, go down for a coffee on the terrace or walk for five minutes to breathe by the water. Here, you work quietly, without ever feeling confined.

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. As a couple, with friends or with children, everyone will find their place in the large living room.

🚆 The train station is a 15-minute walk or less than 5 minutes by transport.

🚗 For those who come by car, there are parking lots nearby, 5 minutes walk away. Just enough time to put your luggage in front of the building before parking and forget your car during your stay (don't forget where you parked it anyway). We explain everything in the welcome guide before your arrival and we even offer you a discount for the République parking lot a few minutes walk away.

🚶 ♂️ 4th floor without elevator. But I promise it's worth it (and it makes an excuse for dessert).
