The informational video regarding check-in, amenities etc. was perfect. The only problem we had was that the place was not clean and I had to call the maid to come back and clean the next day. There were dirty towels left in the drawers, the floors were dirty and all the shelves were dusty. However, she responded immediately...

"Dieses perfekte Apartment als Ausgangsbasis zur Erkundung von Metz und Nancy haben wir eher zufällig gefunden. Das Apartment ist 100% sauber und top ausgestattet. Mit der Buslinie 5 ist es gut (5 Minuten) an die Innenstadt von Metz angebunden (Tagesticket 5,40 Euro). Das Auto blieb sicher auf einem eigenen Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Die Kommunikation mit den äußerst freundlichen Gastgebern erfolgte über SMS fast in Echtzeit. Es hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir spontan noch um eine weitere Nacht...
