Metcalf Bottoms, Gatlinburg : hôtels à proximité

« We have never stayed in Townsend before during all of our stays to the Smokies. I loved being away from the hustle of crowds. The Parkman was the first place I googled for Townsend area. They allowed my pet which was a must. The room and property were both clean. The staff were polite. It was just me and the hubby for our 10 year anniversary, so the room given was perfect. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Townsend. »

« You get what you pay for. So my rating is based on the price. The hotel is close to everything which means you can walk to many places. The location is nice. The only bad things I can say is that this is a very used hotel and the wear and tear shows. The latch for the door was scrwed to the door molding and the molding was coming off the wall. My bed blanket had a stain so I went and got another blanket and that one had a stain too, so I just used the sheet. Staff is amazing and properly is well...

« It's not the best but not the worst if you need somewhere to just stay a few days it was nice it was downtown gatlinburg. There was only 1 front desk person we had to wait about 40 mins at the front desk just to check in it was very hot and humid and when you called the number "for assistance" it just calls the front desk phone number so that was pointless. Breakfast was good again was like 1 worker doing everything but she kept up with it. »

« The hotel is faceless. We somehow learnt that when we teached there at 2 am and were hunting for reception(which doesn’t exist). The room number and access code were sent out in an sms which was sitting in my unknown folder. I would have preferred an email on the same. The priperty is nice and convenienly located. But its a very small property Breakfast - for the hefty price, you get a a grab and go breakfast which was not below par. There is no one to talk to in the restaurant to refill...

« The place its self is beautiful. The location is amazing. What was frustrating is on expedia they dont tell you about the addition security deposit. They also did not give us the code information until we were 10 minutes out. That was frustrating because we through it might have been a scam. Also there were packages left outside. We were asked to bring them in. Thats fine we did no problem but there was no where to put then that was not in our way. »
