"The room was not very clean. There was stains on the carpet, stains on the couch, stains on the bedding. Mold in the bathtub and shower. There was no toilet paper or tissues in the room. The front desk staff did not speak English. We had to clean the air conditioning vents because it was completely covered with dust and the air conditioner would not work. And the toilet would not flush unless you flushed it multiple times."
