I’m regret … booking here … for only one night….. I should stay longer … beautiful place ever.

Had a very pleasant stay , staff was very helpful, even the manager was very nice , Thanks

The front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant. We had arrived several hours before the 4pm check in time due to a very early flight. The front desk person very kindly upgraded us to an available room so we were not stranded with our luggage for the bulk of the day. The staff also gave us a print out of nearby restaurants The room was great. The grounds were nice with an outdoor patio area and pool As we were boarding a cruise the next day we were very pleasantly surprised to find the...

The rooms were clean everything in side the hotel was spotless, breakfast was ready and plenty of food for everyone, from front desk to breakfast to housekeeping everyone on the team was amazing. Loved the outdoor pool and bar. We will tell everyone about this place.

Very clean townhome. Would love to book it again if I ever come back to Orlando for a short stay.

Great quaint Inn. Feels like going back in time. Very friendly staff. Very clean. Loved the two Macaws on the property. Great pool. Close to the beach. Very quiet hotel for those looking to get away for a relaxing vacation. Definitely recommend for couples or even a single person. We will be back!

Absolutely adorable rooms! Very clean and quick communication. There is a lot of road noise and a train so be aware of that, but ear plugs are provided. 5 stars

good

Staff was amazing!

A very convenient hotel, my only advice is that the hotel has to warm the swimming pool, it is very cold.

Great experience overall, staff were very friendly and helpful, wonderful outdoor amenities. Clean and spacious room.

We stayed here recently due to last minute change of plans. We had no idea from the outside how adorable it would be inside, but loved it when we went in. There is a flight of stairs you need to go up to access the apartment. Everything was immaculately clean, gorgeously decorated and the host was very helpful. They provide oodles of beach toy options and the area of beach was very quiet while we were there. We loved our stay and may return to cocoa beach just to stay here again!

Was perfect

Right on beach great amenities cooking facilities beach toys

Breakfast was good. Staff excellent but needs flooring fixed in rooms.

Overall, this hotel is conveniently located if your stay is cruise ship related. There are a few restaurants located near by, as well as a gas station and a clothing store. A few sites list their shuttle to cruise ports as being free, but that's not the case. It's $10 per person, and you have to book online with a CC. The front desk cannot book for you.

All was as described

Great location, reasonable priced, clean facilities all around, hot breakfast with good selections. Did not like that rooms do not have microwaves but one available in the lobby. Very good comfortable stay. Looking forward to a revisit anytime.
