Views of stunning sail boats, motor yachts, huge catamarans, and sculling & rowing boats. We are close to Kennedy Space Center with breathtaking views of Rocket Launches & booster landings. You never need to leave the property, enjoy a meal at Dolphin's Waterfront Bar & Grill, the county's largest tiki bar & restaurant, serving a Florida fresh menu with a Polynesian flair. The Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex is only 10 miles (15 minutes) from us. We are 23 miles (25 minutes) from Brevard Zoo. The USSSA Space Coast Complex and Stadium is 21 miles (23 minutes) from the resort. We are between 50-65 miles from Orlando attractions and Theme Parks. Other Things to Note: Our property is Pet Friendly; however, all pets must be on a leash at all times. If your pet is not friendly with other people or pets, we ask you to walk them away from other guests & pets. Most importantly please pick up after your pet, there are pet waste stations throughout the property. If your pet is a "barker", when you are gone, please make other arrangements for your pet. There is a doggie daycare only 1.4 miles away from the resort called Brevard Bed & Biscuit Ahoy, when walking the boardwalks around the marina areas please do not climb on the boats as they are private property and may be someone's home. If you are bringing a boat or jet skis, you are welcome to use the boat ramp on site. There is no charge to park the boat trailer on the grass area of the dirt road along the South end of the property. However, if you want to park in the numbered trailer parking or wish to use a boat slip for your stay, these arrangements will need to be made with our Marina Office Interaction with Guests: We are dedicated to ensuring your stay is comfortable and enjoyable!
