« For $150 a night I expected a free breakfast, but it was an additional $13. The DID offer free coffee and fruit, so that was good, and I took advantage of that. Wanted to give a shout out to "Kevin" who was very helpful, pleasant and professional even though I want to the front desk about 5 times with different issues (none were the fault of the hotel). »

« My stay in Wadsworth, Ohio was very nice. The staff and cafeteria workers were so very kind and friendly. I told several people if they have company to have them stay at this hotel! »

« Very nice room with clean carpet and very professional staff and is located in a very nice area with lots of dining options nearby. Breakfast was also great. Only recommendation is to consider updating your couches especially those that are little dated, I’m sure they will make your guests a little more happier. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will highly recommended this location. »

« When I booked this property I read the reviews and they were terrible. But the room was fine. Plumbing could use some work, but the the bed was soft warm and dry, and the shower hot and wet. No mold or dust bunnies in sight. Staff was great. TV and wifi worked. But no breakfast even through there is a restaurant. Parking looked easy and safe. But I suspect this conference center was built when Aurora had better prospects and is now a money loser for the owners. My brother says the food...

« Dismal, dated, desperately in need of a makeover. Dark interior, shabby bathroom. Surprisingly clean however and breakfast was typical. »

« Overall the room served its purpose. Staff members were pleasant. Nice sized rooms. However our room had a stench in it that never went away. The pull out bed was about 2 inches thick. My kids (6 and 9) never really complained but any bigger than they are, it would be a rough sleep. Pool area we found a lot of trash, clothing tags and dirt around the pool. « Breakfast selection was adequate at best. VERY basic. Room was clean, just wish the a/c unit was better placed. Window seat over the unit made it extreme difficult to operate (there was no wall unit to make adjustments) and there was minimal room between the unit and the bed. Would have been nice to have had coffee for the room also. Check in evening staff, the young lady was very nice. »
