"Well, the TV didn't work, the alarm clock didn't work, the bathtub didn't plug, the sink didn't plug, the paint was scraped off the wall, the entrance didn't open, there were no coffee or plastic cups, there were two VERY flimsy wash cloths, two threadbare small bath towels, no hand towels, the bed frames were broken and out into the walking areas, the hall carpets were filthy and stained, the management would not honor our Expedia rate, and the desk would not answer the phone. Other than those deficiencies, it was a delightful stay."

"Noisy, card key did not work day to day,had to go to service desk and get it fixed, elevator not functioning the three days were here, toilet and shower was plugged and not draining"

"I have no words. The hotel looked like it was closed down when we arrived. Any company advertising this hotel on their site should send a representative to the premises so can witness for themselves what a terrible experience they are subjecting their customers to. We had to place a chair in front of our door as it didnt lock. This wouldnt have kept potential intruders out, but at least we would have heard any attempts of entry. Since the contract with Hotel.com was we had to cancel before date of stay we had no alternative, but to stay there or lose our money."

"The place is so run down. The stench in the room is almost unbearable. The visible dirt, cigarette holes in the sheets, cracks in the walls, bug bites in the morning....just to name a few"

"Property was dirty. Floors in room gross and sticky. Sheets on pull out bed were not cleaned. No soap in bathroom. Reservation for 4 and one bath towel in room. Carpet in the hall filthy. Breakfast was spartan. Guys at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. "

"Terrible experience with the staff and the manager . Tv was not working . Smell coming from AC. They just take signature on the paper so that u will forget the checkout time without giving u a fair warning or send someone that there will be late fee . They just kept the whole deposit .This is ridiculous i was suppose to checkout at 11 . I forgot and checking out at 12 and now they are keeping my whole deposit which freaking half of the amount of my reservation . Shame on the owners and Management . We insist to take late checkout fee however they kept the whole deposit . "

"I really enjoyed my stay. However I was disappointed that the hotel didn't have room service or microwaves. Other than that everything was great. I will definitely come again."
