We had our grandchildren with us we were not able to swim. Pool was freezing. Our grand kids were so disappointed. We bought new swim masks, snorkels, and pool toys they could not use. "

"It was ok, it was very busy and the smell was bad! They had way too much perfume cleaning smell but in the morning it smelled rough. The staff outside of front desk were not friendly"

"No airport shuttle on this property! Staff didn’t know where a nearby restaurant was, they knew one was across street, I went over after checking in, it’s closed on Monday! I told staff member and she said thanks! "

"You get exactly what you pay for here, and it’s not much. If you’re cheap or poor like me, this is where you want to be. Also, there are a lot of people in and out so if socializing with strangers is your thing you’re in for a treat. There’s a weird guy that sits by the front desk and stares at everyone that comes down the hall but there wasn’t a category to rate him. Every other rating is “okay” but I’d probably rate him as “not okay”. Maybe he’s an undercover security guard. He’s not going to make you feel safe in any case."
