"The main reason I picked this hotel was because they had king size beds available. When I reserved it they claimed they had 5 available so I reserved one. When I got to the hotel ( at a reasonable hour even) 7:30 pm. The lady at the desk asked if I was handicapped because the king size rooms were handicap accessible. I said no, it didn’t say anything about that when I reserved the room. The lady at the front desk was not helpful at all and said all she could do was “upgrade “me to double queen Which does nothing for my wife and I. Just beware when you book online, you might not get what you think you are! I will not be staying here again"
