"This is a stunning, beautifully decorated, well stocked house with a view and an incredible river access point. We spent the days just lounging about in the river chatting with the occasional kayaker who passed by, sitting by the firepit at night, and playing games on the beautiful screened-in porch. Two fridges, games in the basement, easy water access - might be one of the best VRBO rentals we've ever had. Already planning on booking again for next year."

"The place was clean and as expected. I didn’t get any check in information and when I reached out 2 hours before check in I got a response saying I’d get information 24-48 hours before check in. I called at 4 which was check in time and left a few messages on the app but didn’t get a response back until after 5pm with the code to get in. Otherwise the space was great."

"First impression was a 10/10. The house was very clean, well decorated, very spacious and a great floor plan. The host did provide kitchen essentials, towels, tooth brushes and extra bedding, all if needed. Quite neighborhood. And overall great place If you have multiple guest in your booking. Will definitely be staying again!"

"The listing doesn’t do justice, it’s even prettier than the pictures. It was easily located near everything we needed, and their retail next door is gorgeous. Brett and Hannah were incredibly responsive, and so accommodating and helpful. Couldn’t ask for a better experience, hope to book again on next trip to the area."

"The property is beautiful.I can only imagine how nice it will be after the renovations are complete. Lovely porch to sit on and watch the rain. Lovely private bath with beautiful clawfoot tub. I met my cousin here. It was half way between Pittsburgh and DC. We picked a bad few days, in that everything is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. That gave us a lot of quiet time to relax"

"Amazing stay in Cacapon. Place is idyllic. You really should have a 4x4 to get up the final hill. We almost didn’t make it multiple times. Scary situation! Also, there are 2 of this address.
