"This is the perfect spot for a single person to get away from it all - or a very close couple. That, or it is the perfect spot for a strong hiker or a guest with a 4-wheel drive car. The characteristic that gives it the charm is that view. It is beyond impressive. Getting up to the cabin is not for the faint of heart. "This is a lovely hotel and the best Best Western I’ve EVER stayed in. If you have the budget, I would definitely recommend getting a sea view room though. My “mountain view” was at ground level and basically overlooked the street. That said, it was IMMACULATELY clean and new and very comfortable despite being quite small. Good breakfast. The location is a bit of a schlepp to old town Menton and the old port. It’s actually more Roquebrune-cap-martin than Menton TBH. A very good hotel though!"
