"Lovely Villa with lots of space. Top floor double bedroom and balcony has great views. Lots of garden space and pool size. Table tennis was fun. Also has a selection of books for use. Great location with beach, restaurants and mini market within easy walking distance. Definitely recommend."

"Pleasent property.well equipped. Owner responded to messages promptly. Clean linen provided after one week. Pictures do not do justice to poolside, now has artificial grass which enhances to area. 15 minute walk to marina where a good choice of restaurants were to be found in comparison to other parts of the island we have stayed in. Supermarkets very close by, a few minutes stroll."

"Excellent villa well situated very near the centre of Cala en Porter. The villa is of a really high standard with a lovely pool area and lots of outside space. The inside of the villa is really nice and spacious with an excellent kitchen, lounge, diner area with nice views all around. The house is very near the centre of town, about a 3 minute walk to the restaurants there and about a 5 minute walk down the hill to the beach which is really nice. "The property was exactly as described and was perfect for us as a family of four. I liked the traditional feel of the villa with the veranda being our favourite place to spend an evening. Everything is within walking distance which was exactly what we wanted. Host was great and communicated well on arrival. Highly recommend."

"This was one of the best family holidays we have had, the Weather was great, the villa had everything you wanted including a big pool, BBQ, and was only 5 minutes from the beach at Santandria. It felt more like a home than a rental and the owner was very helpfull and friendly. I would reccomend it to anyone and would love to go again."
