The room was large, with a separate dressing room but on the ground floor by the main door it was noisy (Room 1). The first staff member to arrive each day crashed about and you could hear breakfast and reception clearly. The room was also a little rough around the edges, the shower control leaks, one of the floorboards has dropped and is annoying when you stub your toe, the door lock doesn't work properly and the Aircon is stuck on freezing even though the control says otherwise. Reception organised easy car hire that came to us and there is free parking (white bays) about 500m away at Aparcament Sinia des Cuc with loads of spaces. All staff are exceptional. You only get the real measure of a place when things go wrong and for me, it was an unexpected hospital stay. The hotel staff were so kind, caring and helpful in every way. They went above and beyond, extending our stay, sending food over to the hospital and generally looking after both myself and my husband.
