Bathe in the gorgeous Menorca sun from the comfort of your private pool in Villa Joaquina. Right in the middle of the beautiful Port d’Addaia, you’ll be in the best place to soak up the island culture and take in the beautiful sea views this port town is famous for.   
 Jump into the inviting oasis of your own private pool, where you can soak up the sun or take a refreshing dip at any time of day. Surrounded by tall hedges, the pool area ensures privacy, allowing you to unwind and relax in peace. Comfortable loungers and the shaded terrace are the best spots for starting the book you’ve been meaning to, snoozing in the heat, or enjoying a cool drink.   
 Though traditional from the outside, the interior of this villa is lavish and modern, impressively merging old and new together. Spend your evenings on the comfy sofas in the open plan living area, and be quick to claim your favourite of the cosy and inviting bedrooms.   
 Located just 9km from Golf Son Parc Menorca, where else would you want to be as a golf enthusiast? Practice your putting or make full use of the stunning 18-hole course.

 Please note, this villa is in a hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 300cm wide alongside 2 steps. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 150cm wide. There is 1 step from the terrace to the poolside. There is also 1 step on the path that runs along the side of the house. The terrace is tiled, whilst the pool has an edging around it. Inside, there are no ground floor bedrooms. There are 17 steps to the first floor. All bedrooms have a door width of 76cm, whilst all bathrooms have a door width of 76cm.
