"If I owned a holiday property then I would shamelessly model it on Border Cottage. It is beautifully curated, comfortable, atmospheric, in a great location, really well equipped, and the property manager (Kevin) was extremely helpful (thanks for the voucher for the 3 Horseshoes!). The weather was pretty dire during our weekend but somehow it really didn't matter. The little cottage put an arm around us and all was good. "Had a great 2 night stay, the cottage is lovely, well equipped, and very cosy. We had no isues with the bed, I suppose its personal preferences for some. It has a lovely fully enclosed garden ideal for the dog, and the hot tub was just great. Cannot fault it. Good location for all North Norfolk towns and seaside resorts, within 30 mins drive"

"Very well appointed and good space for two people. Great walks and nicely located for the coast and Market towns. Fantastic local butchers and good Sunday lunch at the three horseshoes. Our 12 yr old Lhasa Apso had to be carried up the stairs but fine coming down! Definitely recommend, owners close but not intrusive."
