"For a hotel of this standard, there were some letdown areas. Shower head wouldn’t stay up, air conditioning didn’t work properly, and while there were plenty of staff in the restaurant, the service was slow and lacking experience around what was/wasn’t offered at the hotel. "

"Very long wait to check in, lobby quite dirty, very long line for breakfast, food was average at best, waited 25 mins for a coffee that was terrible, and arrived after I finished my food. Overall entire experience - poor value for price."

"Spent two nights at the suite room. Cleaning standard and amenities were just for 2-3 stars hotel. The floor was with unacceptable standard. Also, there might be electronic error or miscommunication, I got a phone call from the staff, she thought I spend only one night. I had to wait more than five mins while she finished to check my booking. Breakfast buffet was fine, but it was too busy, had to wait for my coffee for a long time. By the way, staff were nice and parking was easy. "
