"The property has a great view of the lake and mountains. The porch connected to the room is lovely to sit on and enjoy the sunset. it is a not too far from the city center, but the mountain road condition made it less attractive to drive out and visit."

"Alta Traful wastes the opportunity it has to provide guests with an experience as unique as the lake it is situated upon. The room was basic and bathroom (tiny sized) had taps either leaking or falling of. Parking is not enforced so vehicles were parked irregularly making it difficult to park our own — I took a photo & asked reception to get the truck moved but she did nothing. I would recommend staying at the cabanas located next to it (towards the Village) coz it’s absolutely not worth the price."

"Spectacular location by the lake, cozy room equipped with a kitchen this is a huge plus, walking distance to everything. Amazing and super helpful owners! thank you so much for helping us getting through the Hua Hum pass, we are grateful, and hopefully will be returning in the future for a longer stay. "
