NEW VILLETTA in Torre Specchia in the marina of Melendugno on the Adriatic Sea, only 50 mt. From the beautiful BEACH COTTAGES with fine SANDBAG easy to reach on foot.
The independent villa is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, bathroom with shower, second shower with hot water outside, tv, washing machine, 2 bedrooms (one double and one with single bed / castle) for a total of 3 - 4 beds.
Guests have plenty of space with green beds, carport, barbecue, outdoor shower, washing machine
