You can bird watch from the window while you enjoy your coffee, walk through the nearby dog park and make a friend, take in the St Kilda pier, and still have half your day left for a museum. The kitchen is a huge plus and saves a ton of money you can use for more interesting things than getting takeout every night. There are shops within a 15 minute walk and the beach is approximately 20-25 minutes walk away. Communication from the owner was very good and they were quick to respond with any additional queries.
