I can promise you that in the circumstance that you are unable to travel due to petrol shortages or Airport closures, I will override any cancellation policy and will organise a refund for you.
There would be only two considerations for you:
1) When a guest is entitled to a refund, we reserve the right to pass on any credit card transaction fees to the primary booking guest, relating to their reservation.
2) We would just require any kind of documentation of proof, to confirm your cancellation request falls within the `Extenuating Circumstances`.

Our apartment is in a residential building. It is best suited to 4 guests but can sleep up to 6. Confirming Bedding Configuration: *Master bedroom: 1 x Queen bed *Second Bedroom: You have the choice of either a king bed `OR` 2 x long singles. We do not have a king bed and 2 singles in this bedroom. *Lounge room: Sofa bed that opens out to a double bed. A total of 4 beds available in this apartment.
We supply a starter kit for your convenience which includes bathroom, laundry and kitchen amenities. A perfect place to both relax and also experience the buzzing activity of the CBD. Located close enough to effortlessly attend events or visit the many attractions Melbourne`s CBD has to offer. However, the apartment is located on the Yarra River frontage, just out of the CBD, offering a more peaceful ambience to retreat from the hustle and bustle.
Guests will have access to one under cover secure paid parking space, the entire apartment and a balcony with stunning River Views. Guests will also have access to the building`s many amenities including an indoor heated swimming pool, a gym, outdoor rooftop gardens, an outdoor gym and communal lounge areas with free WiFi.

Absolute Yarra River frontage. There are many water front restaurants and coffee shops in the docklands precinct including Victoria Harbour, which is only a few minutes walk from the apartment. A short stroll to Marvel Stadium for AFL and many other sporting and entertainment events. Very close to Southern Cross Station. Walking distance to the Docklands Precinct. Close to Crown Casino, the Aquarium and Southbank. For sports fans, a short train or tram ride will take you to the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) and Rod Laver Arena, and AAMI Park.
Located in Melbourne CBD`s free Tram zone, with trams stops right out front of your building complex. Close to Southern Cross Train Station. There are also Taxi Ranks nearby and plenty of Uber drivers only a few minutes away.
Please understand we are not a hotel neither a Travel Agent. You have made a reservation to stay in my apartment, which is in a residential building complex. This is entirely `SELF CHECK IN`. There is no concierge. Located in the Free Tram Zone.
*LONG STAYS All bookings of 21 nights must have a mid-stay cleaning service - $200 Cleaning services for longer term bookings will be negotiated to allow for our team to periodically clean, maintain and inspect the property.

Dynamic Docklands
Apartment was perfect for our stay, 4 adults, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, car space. Kitchen, Dining and Balcony areas to mix and mingle.
Location ideal, tram stop at front door meant we could easily access the city and surrounds. An added bonus was the free tram zone.

Great Location!
First time visiting the south of Melbourne Docklands for a girls week end. Great location to stay away from the city cbd but still close to shopping outlets DFO within walking distance also Tram outside the apartment building. River views all around and with a balcony view to watch this from your apartment. Would definitely consider again.

Fantastic location, great views
Overall, we loved our stay here. This property is in an excellent location with the free tram stop right outside (and a single tram straight into the city). Large supermarket is less than a 5 min walk, a few cafes/restaurants around, plus lots over the river at Southbank. Pool, wifi, car park all great. Fantastic views of the river. We had two criticisms - very long/multiple check-in messages, only accessible by logging into Stayz (1800 words!!) - with critical info like apt no. hard to find, and some incorrect instructions (e.g. Laneway name incorrectly spelt and which building to enter). The other was cleanliness of the bathrooms (mould on almost every grout surface), plus the exhaust fan in the kitchen needed a good clean. This didn't spoil our stay, and we would stay here again.
