    Master bed with walk in robs and an en suit. Second queen bed and bunk room that’s sleeps 4. Forth single bedroom. Linen provided it bathroom towels are not, please bring your own.
    Magnificent kitchen, super comfy lounge, amazing deck with a fire pit and bbq, game room with a pool/ table tennis table in the garage, basketball hoop and more to entertain guest big and small.

We had a wonderful stay in Rye and couldn’t fault the place. The house was spotless, very comfortable, and had excellent amenities — everything we needed for a relaxing break.The location is fantastic and made getting around really easy, whether you’re a family with kids or a group of friends. The host was great to deal with, very responsive and flexible, and check-in was simple and stress-free. We also really appreciated the starter supplies, which was a thoughtful touch.Overall, a great spot for a weekend getaway. We’d happily stay again and would definitely recommend it.

The host Tanya was super easy to communicate with. The property was excellent, even better than the photos. The weather wasn't so good, so it was fantastic having the pool table and table tennis for the teens to use. Overall wonderful! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

Lovely short break

We were coming to Tootgarook for a party just around the corner so this property was very convenient. It was also incredibly peaceful and comfortable with plenty of space and the games room really helped make it fun for our small family. I read books on the sunny verandah watching the birds. It doesn’t say explicitly in the listing but towels aren’t included so make sure to pack them! We hadn’t understood that but the hosts were very helpful. They were also very responsive, helpful and thoughtful when we had internet problems.
